Food Grade PTFE Gland Packing

This Gland Packing is braided from pure PTFE fibers, lubricated with food grade lubricants, without any additives. Square inter-braiding method is used to produce a dimensionally stable packing.

This Non extruding Packing ensures dimensional Stability, safety & purity of the fluid media.

Applications: All food grade application, solvents and virtually all chemicals with the exceptions of molten and alkaline metals and fluorine. It is recommended for Oxygen service, Acid, Alkali, Solvents, Corrosive chemicals.

This is a universal Food grade valve packing, round in shape made of 100% Pure, virgin and expanded PTFE. It has double core construction and its core squeezes in all directions to fill all voids in the stuffing box.

It is food grade, free size product with unlimited shelf life.

PTFE + Graphite Composite Gland Packing

This gland packing is constructed from PTFE and Graphite inter-locked to create a true synergy between these two premier packing materials. High-temperature break-in and running lubricants are added to the yarns which result in an exceptional process packing that gives, often many times, longer service life in the vast majority of applications.

It is self-lubricating and does not shrink, harden nor dry out. The packing is very cool running with good thermal conductivity thus practically eliminating shaft scoring.

Expanded Graphite Gland Packing

This is a square braided packing, constructed from 100% pure Expanded graphite yarns. This is self-lubricating and will not shrink nor harden nor dry out in use. Soft nature of the packing ensures long life, less friction and avoiding the shaft scoring.

If we add additional reinforcement with Inconel wire , this will become ideal packing for high temperatures, high-pressure valves.
